Permit water to flow in one direction within a line with the ProLine Series PVC Check Valve. It acts as a backflow prevention device to prevent water from backing up into the fresh water supply. A steel-spring poppet with a rubber o-ring is the internal mechanism preventing water backflow. An arrow is molded onto the valve body to ensure correct installation for proper flow control.
- Rated for 200 PSI at 73F
- Fits both Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC pipe
- Spring loaded poppet mechanism prevents backflow
- Stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and longer life
- O-ring provides a water-tight seal
- Not to be used for compressed air
